I had a lovely time at the hotel, despite a few drawbacks. The rooms were clean and spacious, but the dim lighting made it a bit difficult to see at times. The service was exceptional, making my stay memorable. The location was ideal, right in the heart of Shillong, but the hotel itself was just average. The dining options were great, especially the breakfast, and the facilities were convenient for my needs.
